Process

Each fruit is washed, disinfected and peeled. In pineapple case, it is also dishearten. Then, the fruit is chopped in chunks or cubes and is individually frozen through IQF technology. Subsequently, it is packed in blue polyethylene bags of virgin resin low density and it is placed in corrugated cardboard boxes, where fruit will be to do its trip to the different exportation destinies.

After being packed, the product is storage and transported to -10 °F or -23 °C to keep its characteristics. At this temperature, fruit can last until 24 months storage without losing its special features and nutritional properties.
